The benefits of having a strict schedule and routine when it comes to working out and eating are crucially important. The aim of this post is to help you or possibly encourage you to find a routine that you can follow easily, and one that will also yield you great workout results. Now it’s important to have your workouts down at this point. What I mean by that is know what exercises to do on which days. For example, chest workout followed by back workouts one day and then biceps and triceps on another day. This way when you create your routine you won’t have trouble deciding what to do but rather when to do it.  I’d also like to point out to have your meal plan and dieting down as well. Don't Forget About Cardio

So, you got yourself a great workout routine followed by plenty of sleep, and you’ve gotten accustomed to making yourself healthy meals, but now what? Well There’s one more thing left master if you want to build muscle and stay in shape, that’s cardio. Cardio is extremely important when considering the overall health of your body. Most people believe that because they look good in the mirror they can ignore cardio; this is a big mistake.  You see it’s important to get the heart pumping and blood flowing to help rid your body of those unwanted toxins. Start by going for brief jogs on the treadmill or around the neighborhood. Slowly build up your speed and time spent running until you no longer feel winded even after a long run. You’ll be surprised just how out of shape you really are when you go for a long run. Don’t worry through practice and consistency you’ll be doing laps nonstop! If you want to get in shape, then you’re going to have to make a few sacrifices. Building Muscle is no easy task and will require you to change your diet and commit to several hours of lifting weights each week. Don’t worry I’m going to break down how to go about doing this by utilizing the best techniques I’ve learned.  First you must stop eating junk food.
