This is the workout program that worked for me!
The benefits of having a strict
schedule and routine when it comes to working out and eating are crucially
important. The aim of this post is to help you or possibly encourage you to
find a routine that you can follow easily, and one that will also yield you
great workout results. Now it’s important to have your workouts down at this
point. What I mean by that is know what exercises to do on which days. For
example, chest workout followed by back workouts one day and then biceps and
triceps on another day. This way when you create your routine you won’t have
trouble deciding what to do but rather when to do it.
I’d also like to point
out to have your meal plan and dieting down as well. As I’ve said many times
you won’t get into shape eating junk food and exercising; you must exercise and
eat well. Building big muscles is all about eating right and lifting, don’t
forget it. So now choose what day exactly to do when. I won’t set a limit on
you by saying you should do a certain exercise this day of the week or only do
cardio on Fridays. No, the reason is because I realize that we all have crazy
schedule whether that means our work schedule is crazy or our school schedule
doesn’t allow for certain times.
The choice is yours. Just find the time to fit
in all the exercises, and remember these exercises should not take you more
than 45 minutes max. I know some of you have messaged me asking what my
thoughts are about certain workout programs. I just want to say that these
programs are great but only after you’ve established yourself well. Think of
them as more of a supplement as it’s difficult for a newbie to try and adjust
to all the demands of a brand-new workout routine. One program I get a lot of
questions for in particular is the Adonis golden ratio.
Now I’m not here to
review the adonis golden ratio workout program but rather offer my quick
thoughts on it as I’ve tried this program before. I’ll just say that it
certainly works great, but only if you’ve got some discipline already. What I
mean is that you’ll find the transition from your normal workout to the Adonis
golden ratio workout easier once you’ve established yourself as a consistent
bodybuilding type of person. It’s crucial to never make the mistake of assuming
these types of programs will help to pick up your slack here or there as that
is completely false. Instead think the Adonis golden ratio as being able to
take your workout to the next level so if you feel ready to try it then by all
means go for it! If not keep working up to it and soon you will find that
you’ll be making the transition much sooner than you expect keep lifting hard
guys and girls and see you soon!
