Don't Forget About Cardio

So, you got yourself a great workout routine followed by plenty of sleep, and you’ve gotten accustomed to making yourself healthy meals, but now what? Well There’s one more thing left master if you want to build muscle and stay in shape, that’s cardio. Cardio is extremely important when considering the overall health of your body. Most people believe that because they look good in the mirror they can ignore cardio; this is a big mistake.  You see it’s important to get the heart pumping and blood flowing to help rid your body of those unwanted toxins. Start by going for brief jogs on the treadmill or around the neighborhood. Slowly build up your speed and time spent running until you no longer feel winded even after a long run. If you want to get in shape, then you’re going to have to make a few sacrifices. Building Muscle is no easy task and will require you to change your diet and commit to several hours of lifting weights each week. Don’t worry I’m going to break down how to go about doing this by utilizing the best techniques I’ve learned.  First you must stop eating junk food. No more sodas, burgers, ice creams etc. I know it’s difficult to give up such goods foods but you’ll never big build muscles by feeding your body junk!
